make your buying experience the best.
We understand that the firefighting community is a small and tight family. Not only is it in the customer's best
interest (whether that be a fire department, or an individual homeowner) as well as our best interest to do business
with honor. That being said, we will ALWAYS do everything in our power to make sure you get the quality product and
service you deserve.
However, we realize there may be an occassion where a customer is not satisfied with thier product. If this becomes
the case, we do offer a 7-day return policy.
If within 7 days after you receive your product and you find that fails to function as advertised, you may return the
item to us for a full refund. We will inspect the item, and as long as it is in its original condition we will offer
you a full refund.
However, if you do have a problem with the kit or any of its contents, we will do
our best to make it right.
